  • Rockford, IL concert 4.10.10

    Let me start off by saying that I feel SO blessed that I had the chance to meet Carrie.... never in a million years did I think I would have that chance. I am so thankful that Carrie and the fan club allow meet and greets, they truly are amazing!

    When the concert was announced, I was beyond excited because I never thought Carrie would come to Rockford, IL!!! So crazy!!! :) I was counting down for this concert since the day I heard about it. I had seats about 10 rows back and was completely satisfied. Play on tour was OUTSTANDING... definitely Entertainer of the Year material! Carrie can SING! And she sings with her heart...

    About my meet and greet - - - - WOAH!!!!! I still cannot believe it.. I'm still pinching myself. Whenever I look at my picture of Carrie and I (that I printed out the NEXT day as an 8x10, ha :) ) .... I approached her and gave her a hug... I talked to Carrie about her American Idol journey and that I voted for her every time. :) ... I complimented her beautiful ring as well. I got a hugging picture, and gave her another hug before walking away! I feel like it wasn't real. I lived an actual DREAM! She is the most amazing person, and it brings me to tears when I think about the opportunity I had to meet her. I hope everyone gets the same opportunity some day!! :)

  • CONCERT!

    Soooo the Concert on October 3rd was OUTSTANDING. I'm feeling a little sad since it's over. But that's how I am for every concert I go to! :-p. I had 16th row, right by the catwalk. It was so exciting!! Carrie is beyond gorgeous in person! I couldn't even believe it! She hit every note right on, and sang all my favorite songs! It was amazing amazing amazing! Little Big Town was great, also! I touched a couple of LBT member's hands, and I touched Carrie's hand twice! Ahh! I didn't get an autographs tho. :(

    Overall: AMAZING concert. AMAZING fans. AMAZING Carrie!

  • First Carrie Concert 2nite!

    Soooo I'm at school and typing this. It's approximatly 8 ish hours until the concert and I am SO excited! I am wearing my Fan Club T shirt to represent and to let people know I am going!! :) ... This will be my first Carrie Concert and I will definitely cry when I see her! I've loved her ever since the first time I saw her. Not sure why I haven't seen her live yet but I am SO stoked. Didn't get a meet and greet but that's okay maybe next time! I'm hoping to meet some fellow fan clubbers!

    I'll type a LARGE post after the concert to let everyone know how it went!

  • Jake Owen/Jason Michael Carroll Concert!

    Wow wow wooowww. Where to begin. So they both came to our town's fair last night in Freeport, Illinois. I got 2nd row seats which were AMAZING. Jake performed first and towards the end of his performance we got to go right up to the stage smack dab in the center! I lost count of HOW many times I touched him! I got his autograph! .. We made shirts for the concert and he talked about it to the audience! Ahhh amazing! Love Jake. Oh yeah and he tossed his sweaty towel to my friend.. but she gave it to me! Ahhh.

    And Jason, another amazing guy. We didn't get to run up to the stage like we did with Jake because of security, but it was still awesome! I did grab Jason's hand once, and OH while that was happening he winked at me. :) Oh, my my my! He is AMAZING live. Did not sing one wrong note.

    I recommend everyone to go see them!

    i just read your blog about meeting carrie !!!!!! its sounds so amazing !! i didn't get a meet and greet !!! but if i got the chance too meet carrie i would be giving carrie the biggest hug also !!!!!! carrie means so much me and what carrie done for my life !!!!!! have amazing carrie weekend !!!!!
